The owner adds the house

Address, rooms, a cover photo and the seasonal rates, net or including commission. Then invite the agencies you work with by email.

Agencies see it live

Invited professionals see the official calendar and the published rates in real time, and ask to block dates or hold an option in one tap.

The owner decides

Nothing changes until the owner approves. Once confirmed, every agency instantly sees the dates as booked.
